I have been feeding DuMor

Chick Starter/Grower 20%, but after browsing the site it seems that I should be feeding a medicated food, and this one doesn't say it is medicated. Do I need to get another type of food and switch them, or add a medicated food in 1-2X a day. Or are they fine on what I am feeding them, please let me know I have to pick up more food later today...

I fed medicated as this is a rather wet area so I figure cocci should be common here. Depends how old they are and where they are. If young, like a few weeks, and raised in a brooder, I would probably switch. If older and already in the coop, they probably have already built immunity.

They are young only 7-10 days old. I think I will switch them to be safe. Do I need to do it gradually or just switch them. I know with my dogs or horses if I make a diet change I have to do it gradually

Just switch them. Chickens are omnivores; they won't really notice a change. Purina Start and Grow Medicated is a good choice and TSC carries it, and if you join the Purina Feeds Challenge you get coupons for $$$ off your Purina purchases. Can't beat saving money! You can sign up at purinamills.com.
