Find a locally owned pet supply, farm supply, greenhouse, co-op and they can order it. For some reason D.E. is summer seasonal here, butt no problem ordering, when shopping in the non-chain store world, if there is some left where you are.

Call Farmers Co-operative, Tractor Supply Company, Farm nad Fleet etc.. ask for "Fossil Shell Flour" which is what many of them call it! Ask that it is food grade tho!
