I've never tried them with other peppers. I imagine jalapeno's are the only ones that would be small enough and more importantly cool enough to use. Usually the smaller a pepper is, the hotter it is.

Poblano peppers would be good, but maybe too big. Definitely not finger food anymore. Need to stuff them with something besides just cream cheese........ ideas, anyone?
