we have food pest and we want to know if the feed it still feedable

I recommend you return the feed to where you purchased it and either get a refund or swap it out for a fresh bag of feed. You're money is paying for feed, not bugs. The bugs can also degrade the nutrients in the feed that your chickens need. If the bugs entered the feed after you purchased it...it's on you. Donate the feed to a hog farmer and buy a fresh bag of feed.
