If you can see it, may be able to remove with a set of twiser. If not, put a small amount of veg oil in a syringe and give it orally. This should help the food to dislodge.
Hope this was of help,
I can't see anything, she was perfectly fine, then she was eating with everyone. Next thing I know she is breathing very heavy and looking like she is chocking. Is it most likely in the trachea? Or in the esophagus?
I'm having the same issue with my rooster, it's been 3 days and I decided to try the oil down the throat and it just resulted in a rattly sound. It seems like he has his tongue pulled back into his throat. But I kept the syringe on the side and put it far enough in as to not drown him.
