Just Alfredo sauce with GF noodles and pan fried pork chunks.
Sounds tasty to me!!Never made that Shepherd's Pie bowl thing - not yet, at least. But my husband made pork Alfredo, which was amazing! I might prefer it over chicken. No pictures, but it wasn't beautiful or anything.
I was going to ask where you found a 3-legged chicken…Roasted chicken legs (no, not my own birds) roasted green beans and carrots, and corn!

I took out a small chuck roast and cubed and seared it. Used up half a head of cabbage and diced onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Added all sorts of spices and fennel. Threw all the veggies in with some rice and beef stock. And baked it all together. Used rhe pan i seared the roast cubes and sautéed some scallions, garlic, and shallot, delgazed with some beef broth, red wine, and juice of an orange. Added some Chipotle powder and honey and reduced until thick! It was delicious!
