Hello!

Are there any foods you would suggest to give my ducks that aide in providing calcium?

I have a bucket of tiny oyster shell pieces next to their food, but I can’t really tell if anyones been eating them.

I do give them mealworms as snacks and occasionally lettuce & watermelon too.

I only ask because when I got home today, I found what looks to be a soft, ripped open egg shell on the ground. Not sure if it was laid or if a bird ate it and that was the reminants. Everyone is acting okay though.

*I did try searching on here first before asking, but I only found stuff about calcium supplements (liquid, pill)

Peas are a good source of calcium! That is rather good as in my experience, ducks love defrosted frozen peas!
Peas!!!! How did that not cross my mind. I have a feeling they will love them! Thankyou
