My chicken got her foot shut in the door of the coop today. Her one "toe" is red like there's blood under the skin at the end where the nail is. She's walking and seems ok now, but I'm concerned. Is there something. Should do for her? Thanks!

If there is a break in her skin you could put a chicken-safe antibiotic on it and because it's her foot do a gentle wrap with vet wrap for a day or two.

When my first chicks arrived in a box from the hatchery one of them had a pretty bad gash on her toe from the other chicks. After a few days it started to heal up but the injured part amputated so she is missing the end of her toe now. It didn't negatively affect her and we call her Ampy now. Lol Not very creative, but we roll like that.
