foot color?

Hi we hatched Black Copper Marans this spring and now have lovely hens and handsome cockerels. I was surprised the other day when one of the guys walked by and I realized the bottoms of his feet were yellow. At first I thought he must have walked through something. His legs and tops of his feet are gray, but he is our only one with a different color on the bottom of his feet. They have feathered legs

Are there other breeds of chickens with yellow on the bottom of their feet that may have been mixed in his background?

Welsummer have yellow legs and are a dark egg layer.

Can you post a picture of him? Black Copper Marans should have white foot bottoms.

I will try to get a pic of the roo with yellow feet. Also we do have two Welsummers, I will compare their feet. Search for the obvious moment - compare my own chickens!
