foot deformity

I have a week old chick with a foot deformity. The outer toe on both feet is turned inward, like if you put your thumb to your palm is what it looks like. The chick seems otherwise healthy but has a hard time balancing enough to walk to the feeder and waterer. Is there a way to help the chick? Would you cull?

You can make it a wee boot out of cardboard or pipe cleaners.
