when i got home today my 1 1/2 year old rsl was limping on her right leg. i picked her up and on closer inspection i saw that the bottom part of her foot (the squishy bit) was swollen and really warm. my mum said that it was probably a foot infection. she is putting a little weight on it but walks with a limp. She is eating but she doesn't look like her normal, energetic self. i bathed her foot in salt water for 15 mins and the heat went down a little. i also put a little anti-septic cream on her foot but i haven't seen a difference.
she is now sitting down in their nesting area about an hour before her usual bedtime. is there anything else i can do. will she be ok??
