It's a little hard to tell, but by the looks of it, I think her feet will heal up just fine. I don't see any redness or swelling that would say otherwise, so I personally would not open her foot up again unless it starts to turn red and swell. It's great that she's getting around more normally again!
If you end up having to clean out any more bumblefoot, sugardine is another great thing to use. It's just betadine mixed with table sugar until you get a kind of chunky mix that's not very runny. I've had to alternate treatments on my hens. Some just got neosporin [original - no pain relief]. Others got sugardine. My worst got prid due to not responding as well to the other two.
I wish you all the best of luck and a speedy recovery! I found mine were usually better in 2-3 weeks. My worst case took me months. I thought she'd never get better.
