Foot issue on hen

Can anyone tell me what this is & how to treat it. I pretty sure I know but have never seen anything like this on one of my hens im not sure. Pics included in post.

I don't know what it is, but I would put her foot in a epsom salt bath soak for 15 minutes, clean it well and put some antiseptic on it.

My guess is that it could be bumblefoot and if it is so then treated = it can be removed and bandage
 
Thats what I was thinking but I always thought bumble foot is on the bottom of foot not the side

If you removed that part that stick out, you might see what you expect with bumblefoot, if it is indeed bumblefoot. Push that thing out.

From my flock, one of my hens did have this issue, although not as big as the one your hen is having. I did not check them for it until I saw one foot is bigger than the other and it was under.

I used the Band-aid advanced healing, it has a small size and it is very good at promote healing.
