My Salmon Favorelle has probably had weird feet since she was a chick, but I didn't notice until recently when I started letting my young ones out of their little cage in the run and out to free range with the big girls. She limps and is currently in the house to keep her from being picked on. I have permission to take her to the vet, but hoping maybe a splint, some blue note, which I am getting today and some R and R may be all she needs? As you can see she can stand on both legs, but the one closest is damaged. View attachment 2264799Any advice?

Thanks Weeg. I made her a slightly stiff, but soft cast from top of foot to bottom of knee. She can bend knee fine. I made it out of panty liner and bandage tape. She seems to be standing a bit more normally now. She hates her cast, but I'm leaving it on tonight and see how she is in the a.m. She did seem to be putting more weight on the leg and not sitting down as often with the cast on, so hopefully that helps.
