What is wrong with my hens's foot? She has an inflamed toe webbing that is causing her middle toe to be displaced. Doesn't seem to be painful but looks pretty severe.

Both feet in the picture look to have bulbous swelling of bumblefoot between toes. There is also a bit of scaly leg mite I think from the raised scales. The link in post 2 is good with a video of the surgery. For leg mites, the best way to treat is to soak once a week in warm soapy water, using an old tooth brush to very gently clean the legs, then dry them. Apply vaseline, vegetable oil, castor oil, or oil of choice, and rub it into and under the scales. I haven't used castor oil, but it apparently stays on longer than some others. It takes months to get rid of that, but your case looks mild. Here is a similar looking case in post #10: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/359278/bumblefoot-on-more-chickens-confused
