Foot problems... frost bite? Rotten?

2 of his 11 hatchmates, male and female... I just put that bedding in the pen yesterday, they kick it out into the run and muddy up the pen right away. They are in my overflow pen which is really a turkey pen so it doesn't have a proper, fully enclosed coop. These guys were a breeding project to see if I could get a nice, meaty bird so I hadn't planned on them being around real long but... winter.

Curled under toes can be a sign of riboflavin (vitamin B2) deficiency. I would try giving him 1/2 of a crushed vitamin B complex tablet into nis food daily, or a small amount of chopped beef liver for a snack for a few weeks, hust to see if anything changes. It is hard for me to see curled toes in the pictures. Keep up the good work on his feet, and we love to see pictures of how things turn out, since it helps others going through this.
