Foot swollen and splitting

Still seems to be improving very slowly, though she still favors it a lot.

Is that a bumble on the bottom of the right foot pad? I know @Craigschick has been treating this w/ antibiotics but I can't help but wonder if maybe there was bumble foot present first, then it started to spread due to some type of acute trauma??

That’s what I treated it as when she first started limping, but there was never any visible bumble. The first anything became visible was on the top of her foot, started out looking like this:
