Has anyone tried that scuba diving cream that divers apply to face and fingers when diving? I know it's silicon based and we found it very effective in North Atlantic diving all year round. Just wondering if it would work, maybe better than bag balm or vaseline?????

I think the only problem might be is it ok if they eat it? Not that they would get any large amounts, but scratching the comb with a foot then its on the floor on some food that came out of the feeder, they eat the food....

again, it would be such a small amount I wouldn't think it would be a problem, but just thought I'd mention it

Isn't Vaseline quite a bit cheaper? I guess I don't understand why a person would bother with a special cream if generic cheap stuff works.
