Question: So you have to be a PPBA member to buy? Or is it just to sell?

You have to be a member to rent a sale cage in the sale area. Once judging is over, anyone can put a for sale sign on their show cage. You can also pre-sale birds and bring them there to drop off. There is no requirement for vaccination.

So they will not be "in with the other birds", but you will meet with the buyer separately?
