For small backyard flocks (4-5) Do you recommend deworming healthy looking chickens

Going on 7 years, and never dewormed my flock, unless you want to count things like giving them seasonal access to squash and cucumbers which some studies show deter some types of worms.

If they look heathy, act healthy and lay well, I figure I should leave well enough alone. I thought about getting a microscope to check for eggs at one point, but never got around to it.
