Ya know for such a tough guy my hubby is sure a softy sometimes. We have babies that are n our living room in a brooder box. He currently has a heating pad set up with a towel covering it to keep the chicks feet from getting too hot, and then some napkins to cover the chick. He heard them peeping this morning and brought one out for a "visit". He is talking to it asking how life outside the brooder box is......
I think we "got" him!!!
