?? for the frizzle masters

I got a red frizzle from ideal in april (hatch date was 4/9) how long untill she is fully feathered? you can still see her skin.

well I am no master,,,,,they do feather a lot slower than the regular feathered ones. I have one around the same age and he is about 2/3 feathered in, while his sister has all her feathers. If the frizzle is really bald you may have a frazzle. and then I dont know what to tell you other then you could crochet it a little sweater.
