As several of you make use of my chicken info library and I have had several ask me why they cannot get on >>> I knew something had to be terribly wrong because it has been down (the hosting site) for a couple days now... Here is what happened and as you can see I don't know when it will be up again (lets hope no info was lost!):

From the owner:
"The main Conforums.com server is currently offline due to problems at the datacenter where our servers are hosted.
There was an explosion in the main power room that took the entire DC offline. They are working to bring it back online as soon as possible. As for a time scale, I'm sorry to say that I am in the dark as much as you.

I can only apologise for the downtime, but as you can see, it is beyond out control. "

Depending on where they are hosted, it might have been some nasty storms on Sunday that caused the explosion. The nasty line that came through Oklahoma/Texas on Sunday morning knocked out at least one hosting company I know (lightening stuck the building and caused a power surge which caused a feedback that made things go splody).

Those storms also caused damage to other companies hardware, so Dell et. all is getting slammed for parts right now. No telling how long it is going to take to repair all of the damage.
