Ok, I measured and from the doorway into the tub is 5 1/2 feet and from the left wall to the right wall is 8 feet. I am not good at making decorating decisions..lol..I see something and I will love the idea, but have no idea how to make it look as nice in my own home!

Don't they have one with chickens in it?

I promised no chickens anywhere but the kitchen!! I have horses in the family room, chickens in the kitchen, outhouses in the bathroom and I also promised no animal themed bedroom. I did, however, find out this past weekend that DH likes quilts! Who woulda thunk it!

I saw this thread about the outhouse bathroom idea and though I'd share mine. It's our downstairs half bath and it pretty much looks like an outhouse. I don't mean to highjack the thread, but this looked like a good place to post this.

The toilet is boxed in and sealed, to look like a true one holer. The sink is a galvanized wash tub, with a standard pop up drain fitted in the bottom. The bathroom cabinet doors are used metal roofing, fitted in cabinet door frames. Light fixture is a kerosine lantern, combined with a modern electric light fixture. The door is wood planks laminated together. I still haven't decided weather or not to cut the cresent moon in it and add screen.
