For those of you with poop boxes under roosts

How do those of you with the poop box & PDZ scoop your poop. I have searched and searched on here and found a few useful ideas. I bought a kitty litter scoop but most of the poop falls through. I used a sifter type deal but the holes are almost too small, but It takes forever to shake all of the PDZ out of it. I was thinking of drilling holes in a dust pan.
Show me what you use to scoop your poop, pretty please.

I just use a plastic sand box shovel. Its a big on. works pretty good too.
