When my son was little I made my own baby wipes because he had a rash problem. I took a roll of Viva paper towels (soft and cheap) and when I was watching tv at night I would fold them in half side to side then in tri fold and stack them in an old pop up rectangle wipes box. then you take a jar put a few drops of baby wash, 8-12 drops of Tea Tree oil (can buy it in the isle with band aids, etc) and about 1 cup of water. Shake to mix and pour over paper towels in the box. I also know of some who used squares of scrap flannel and washed after each use. They worked wonderfully.
sorry i just saw the similar recipe already posted, I just liked using them folded instead of in the round and the tea tree oil is soothing and medicating.
