You can get a fan at Radio Shack that is only about 1 1/2" square. I moves plenty of air in my incubator. My bator measures 24" x 24" x 20" deep. It was only about $6.00.

You need just enough fan to keep the heat circulating. Any more will have a cooling affect. What you might try is, place the fan on the top and see haow much movement you have on the bottom. I would think that fan would be more than enough for a 2' x 3' hatcher. You might even be able to go to a 3' x 5' hatcher. I have 1 little 2" x 2" pc fan in my 4'X 4' hatcher, this keeps the air moving just right. The chicks dry nicely and the heat stays constant. That is all you want.

to give you an idea a sportmans/dickey bator fan is 70cfm
