Forgot to mention we also had our first duck egg on Friday and one every day since. heres hoping the other one will lay soon !!!! Looking forward to using duck eggs as never tried them before. !!!

Congratulations!!! I made french toast with them and my students had seconds, and I liked the french toast. I have been giving most of mine away because I can not eat them all. A lot of people sell them. I have no problem giving them away - people are waiting for them, so some people really like them.
