Forgot what breed I have!

First off, I would like to say that I am a avid reader of these forums but a first time poster. Thanks to everyone for being so helpful!

I got what I think is a hen at a chicken swap but can't for the life of me remember what breed she is. Could someone help me out and also confirm if this is a pullet or not?
