To start off, it’s still a work in progress. Though, we finished it enough to put the hens and chicks in so they could get a break from the roosters ( going to be getting rid of most of them eventually ). The project started back in July and it took until yesterday to ‘finish’, lol. My dad did most of it, honestly, but I helped whenever I could and supervised. There’s some things I don’t like about it such as the nesting boxes, the roost and the fact it’s all plywood. It was supposed to be all recycled barn wood and we had two walls up of it, but my dad took it all down and put the plywood up while I was at work one day. Oh well, I guess. Siding will be put on the outside over the plywood and there will be more framing, I think. He’s doing his own thing at this point.

I’m going to redo the nesting boxes to make them deeper and another bar is going to be put on the roost so it isn’t as far of a jump for the hens. But does anyone have any suggestions or tips?

It’s a 12x12 coop

for a minute i thought that there was a hen on the roof 😂

Looks great, It is nice and big. It looks easy to clean. I also like the big windows. I would suggest paint, the OSB does not have a long life unpainted. I would paint both the outside and inside, inside I would use white as it will reflect the light that you have and make brighter. I would also put a ramp in going to the chicken door.
