They were brought in last night because of rain, in the house right now.

Honestly if your sister has multiple bunnies, why can’t you play with them too? You could do that instead- since your parents don’t want more rabbits.

Weirdly, we aren't allowed to touch each other's animals.

Yup. My parents said once we move I can foster dogs. Our HOA says 1 dog only. We have a dog, and she the friendliest dog ever, and we will be fostering dogs that are dog-kid-cat friendly.
