found a chicken... not doing well

we found a stray chicken (long story) Anyway, this chicken was not looking great when we found her 2 weeks ago. She has been perking up, but has lost a lot of feathers. WHen I was dusting her with Seven, thinking the feather loss might be a bug issue, I noticed she was wheezing. I have her in her own pen about 1 foot from my flock. Is this far enough to keep my girls safe and what can I do to help "Rhodie" ?

Is she wheezing all the time? Any sneezing? Or discharge from the eyes or nostrils?

Is she eating and drinking ok?

Any other symptoms?
