Found a lost duckling need help

I was driving down the road today and found a couple day old duckling all alone no mama or people around so I caught it and brought it home. I have two day old muskovy ducklings with mama at home will my hen raise it or would she hurt it i would hate for it to grow up alone. Does anyone know what kind it is?

I don't think your muscovy hen will raise it because she will know it's not hers and will hurt it. It's a mallard, by the way.

I don't really have any experiance with muscovy's, but I have had several chickens that adopted chicks. If it were me, I would take it out there when it starts to gets dark and put it under her. Watch her for a while and see how she does. Keep checking on it to make sure she doesnt hurt it and hopefully she'll take care of it. If she shows any signs of aggression take it away and raise it with one of your muscovy babies.
