Found a nest!

Thank you everyone for the advise.
I did wander if she was starting to go broody, but she is not sitting on her little nest so i'm thinking not.
She went broody in the summer and did not leave the nest even though there were no eggs in it, we bought some fertile eggs and let her hatch a few chicks, she was a great mum but do not fancy that in these cold winter months.
