Found a weird long poop? in the run

This is something really new to me. Does anyone know what is this and if it's bad? It's long and hard-ish. I tried squishing it.

Looks like poop that has a longish strand of grass, straw or fibrous material in it.

Make sure you provide Grit (Crushed Granite) free choice for your flock.
