I found a goose egg in an abandoned nest today as I was going for a walk....
When I picked it up it was cold. I brought It home anyway, Thinking it might still have a chance, and candled it. I have never hatched eggs, but all I saw was an area I could see through about the size of a cell phone, and the rest of it is just black. I have it under a heat lamp right now with my latest batch of baby chickens that are just a couple days old. Do you think this egg has a chance of survival?

It obviously sounds like it has started development. The chances of it hatching would depend on how 'old' the embryo is and how long it had gone without heat (incubation). There's always a chance, but be sure to sniff-check it often to make sure it hasn't gone bad. If it is completely dark as you say, I wouldn't leave it under the light longer than 2-3 weeks. By 10 days, goose eggs are usually mostly dark inside, so a completely dark egg would probably be at least 14 days incubation age.
