Found an abandoned nest. Are the eggs still viable?

I'm making this a full fleged experiment and testing my new wireless thermometers/hygrometers and the software DH wrote. Here is a screenshot:

It doesn't work properly on phones because the screen size is too small, but should be okay on most tablets in portrait mode and all desktop computers.

I'd worry about old eggs exploding in an incubator if there was a possibility that they were rotten, but yours must not have been, since they are developing.

The duck eggs, and two of the pea eggs a friend brought over are filthy, so I worry about the bacteria on them.
