Found an egg no idea what kind but need help

So I found this nest that a coworker had to move so it wouldn't get crushed, in side is a tiny blue egg the size of a dime with small brown spots only on the bottom part (round part) we wait a full day, parents have not come. I have it in a Bator at 97 degrees and 60% humidity. also after candling the yolk looks stuck to the side. Is this a lost cause? does it have any chance?

it is more the size of a penny and you can see a yellow spot on the outside where the yolk is stuck. no sign of development. Did parents leave because they new it was a dud?

If the yolk is stuck, its likely been sitting for a while.
Sometimes birds just lay eggs, it doesn't mean fertility.
Throw it away.
