Thank you for your help! I will candle it tonight and cross my fingers for veins! If it's a duck egg it won't hatch until day 28. Don't worry too much about it. Do your best to leave it alone, and don't up the humidity if the air cell hasn't grown.
It takes about 24 hours for veins to deteriorate, so I'd honestly just leave the egg in the incubator and candle again in 24-48 hours, look for vein deterioration. It's normal for the baby to lower activity when it gets closer to hatching.
Definately just leave it be, I know it can be nervewracking but do your best to stay calm.

Oh...Today is day 24!
WooHoo!It looks like it may have internally pipped but I have no idea! I just candled it and would hate to have taken it out of the humidity if it has!
Does it just look like a shadow in the air cell? I will try to post a video! You would know if it had, it's very hard to miss. C'mon mystery baby! We want to meet you!
That's called shadowing, it happens up to a day before internal pip. It's basically what its called, lol. The baby pushes on the membrane to loose it with his back. Then it pips. The pip is a big triangle in the air cell, you'll see it tapping and might hear peepsDoes it just look like a shadow in the air cell? I will try to post a video!
