Found chicken piece in my laying box

Hi,
I found a piece of chicken in my laying box but all of my hens look ok.
One of them is laying soft shell eggs since february but less these days.
They are all 1-½ year old.
I attached pictures of the chicken piece.
Please help me figure out what it is and what to do.

That looks like a lash egg.

That appears to be a lash egg, a piece of infectious matter from salpingitis and internal laying.
