There are some Mexican speckle in this pen , but I never seen them peck on any other bird

the mexicans are the minority in this pen

Are you sure they are mexican speckled bobwhites and not golden coturnix?

yes i am sure i have mexicans in there
the beak is all black and rounded

Even as the minority they can damage otehr birds. They have to establish themselves in the pecking order and unfortunately it can get ugly.

they seem to get along really good , as matter of fact they hatched all toguether and live toghether since than
