Found domestic parakeet at chicken coop

I went out to feed the chickens and found this. It's eating with the chickens but won't let me catch it its not mine what should I do

You could try and see if someone near your area lost a parakeet and see if someone claims it.

Do you have a cage you can put it in for now? Or a cat carrier with small holes or something? Offer it water in a small dish. You can contact a parrot rescue near you, they will probably take it.

I posted it to my towns Facebook page and he's home with his owner, they thought he was dead but he was just living off of my chicken food and water and roosting in trees nearby.
