Found in a Field/Animal fur or ?

So my mother was mowing in a back field and came across this dark fur. We are thinking bear (or the more obvious, Sasquatch), but what do others think? One of these pieces of fur had skin attached. The hair is about 3 inches in length and light brown at the root, and black on the ends. Kind of random to just find a chunk of hair in a field right? I'm wondering if a bear might have been hit by a car and passed, and now the coyotes are dragging pieces of it into the field.

Is it rough? This think black bear fur is black all the way down to the down. Do you have elk or moose? Looks like dog fur maybe?

It's wiry. No moose or elk. I could be dog fur, but not sure who's dog it would be (I don't have any and my neighbors have a Shih Tzu).

looks like bear to me.

does not look like deer or moose hair to me. keep in mind they might be losing there summer coat to get ready for a nice winter fur coat. in spring they rub of huge chunks of fur like that. and you will have bears with bald backs.
