I see this thread is a bit older and many misidentified it. Looks like a Crele Old English Game Bantam pullet (possibly mixed).

Was gonna say before I saw the date, that’s definitely not an owlet or a vulture of any kind, not just based on appearance, but also the person holding it isn’t bleeding enough for that.
