So sorry! Your kitten is very unlikely to be the culprit here; there are so many other possible predators out there instead.
Keep your survivors (if you have more birds) in their safe coop and run for now, until this critter leaves, or is trapped and eliminated.
If you can set up a live trap, and keep your kitten indoors, that may help. Also, a game camera is useful.

Every full grown chicken that I lost to a house cat was killed with bites to the throat. I originally suspected a weasel until I caught the cat in the act.
