I know sexing silkies is tough, but to me looks like a roo. Thoughts?

Based on the tail feathers at three months old I’d say cockerel.

Silkies are hard to sex even when older, till you hear or see them crow. There should be some Silky breeder on to give you better answer. Good luck.
