Found rooster

In my humble opinion you should have quarantined him for atleast 30 days more preferably 40 days before introducing him to your flock. You don't know anything about his past. Even a seemingly healthy bird may carry harmful infections. They try to conceal any symptom of sickness as long as they can.
That is true. We can’t stop it now so I will keep everyone updated after a while. Hopefully all is well

It's good that you rescued him. The odds are pretty high that if you had left him there, eventually a predator would have gotten him. So you did a good thing taking him :)

thx, I really do feel much better about it now thinking about what could have happned. I’m happy we could save him

8 roosters at a friends house
What's the story there?

Oh, and...... Welcome to BYC! @Anca creanga
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.

It's easy to do, (laptop version shown), then it's always there!

Ok will do. Last year my dad bought 7 chickens hoping they were all girls, after a few months they all matured and we found out we had alll roosters, we soon added two more after my dad got a all girl pack that consisted of two roosters
