Found Roosters: age and breed

Driving to work today I found 2 roosters on the side of the road, about 1 minute from my house, I live in a very small town and I know everyone, but I can't seem to find out where these roosters came from!? Anyways... I know the one is a bantam rooster, but the other I'm not sure, I'm thinking ameraucana rooster, I'm also wondering if you can tell a roosters age? I added a picture, but he looks smaller than he actually is, he is about 7 pounds (maybe) Thanks!!!

The one in the pic appears to be a Black Astralorp. He looks young, maybe 1-2 years?

It could be a Australorp or a Jersey Giant, what color are the bottom of its feet? Its hard to tell a chickens age after its fully grown, it could be 1-3 years at least.
