Found Roosters

I didn't know which topic to put this in!

My neighbor and I found two black roosters on her property. At first I thought they were bantam Minorca roosters but now I think they are black Leghorns. They were first spotted on a driveway and they came closer and closer to her yard and chicken flock. Now she's keeping food and water out for them.



Nobody else close by keeps chickens but me and this neighbor. Do people with unwanted roosters sometimes drive out to the country and dump them?

I hope my husband will let me keep them because they're super cute!

They kind of look like White-faced Black Spanish. And yes, sometimes people who should know better will dump chickens for others to care about.
