Found sick desperate chicken

Friends were able to catch a chicken yesterday that had been roaming in a park. She is very dehydrated and malnourished. She was close to death. I gave her food and water last night and by today she has perked up a lot. My concern is her abdomen is bloated. I do not feel an egg and she is pooping. Her chest is con caved and she has no meat on her bones just this big belly. I do not have a vet around that will look at a chicken.
